This is my second TheraIce mask. I've had the other one for years. But I needed two so I could rotate them and not have to wait for it to get cold. The size is perfect. Stays cold for a long time. It's very comfortable while laying down. I fall asleep in mine at times.

I got this after discovering when I used my ice roller and/or ice packs on my head, it significantly decreased my headache pain and made it go away. I was not able to use this right out of the freezer as the cold was too intense for me so I had to wait about 5-10 minutes before putting it on. Some people complained about the cold not lasting very long. The cold for me was able to last long enough for me to let it sit out and by the time the cold went away, my headache was almost gone. Besides, this is sitting on your head and your head is pretty warm (at least mine is) so it will cause something to loose cold quicker than other parts of your body. Some people complained of the smell, I did not notice a smell at all. I wonder if maybe they were not using the bag it comes with when storing in the freezer or the company made a change to it. I bought the pro model, not sure if the standard one would have worked as well but I got it due to the areas it mentioned that this would target to relieve pressure. One of my main problems is my headache is typically behind my eyes, this was able to target that area which significantly helped relieve the pain. Overall, I will definitely recommend this to others that suffer from painful headaches/migraines since it worked very well for me. Certainly is great to have a hands free ice pack for your head so you don't have to hold a regular ice pack in place. It also did amazing blocking out the light while wearing (which will also really help for a painful migraine).

Title says it. Like other reviews, it is comfortable and always has a cooling effect when room temperature. It has a pressure sensation that helps my headaches. Only problem is that it is insanely cold out of the freezer which can be good, for me I need to let it sit for about 3 min or use a towel as a barrier. But then it only stays cold maybe 15 to 20 min. This kinda is a bummer case it is so nice while it lasts. Others have recommended buying multiple for rotation and I plan to do so. It's very much worth it. If the cold is too much from the freezer I have used the fridge and that provides a great temperature for starting but cold lasts shorter.

I suffer from chronic migraines, and once had a month long cluster headache that I am now medicated to prevent. During my month of suffering I had ordered the normal version of this, and loved it. I don't have migraines as often anymore, but I sleep with this EVERY night, I don't even put it in the freezer often unless I have a headache, it's just SO nice to sleep with.After about a year of straight use I just bought it again, because it's SO worth it. After about 6 months of nonstop use it does fray a bit and stretch out, but it is still completely usable and comfortable. And it's probably not meant for nightly wears and yet held up incredibly. Even if you don't have headaches and just want something super comfortable to cover your eyes and ears at night I highly recommend this product!!I have a small head, always have, and it fits fine. My brothers have larger heads and have tried this on and it fits them fine as well. It's made of stretchy fabric, so honestly I'm sure it's a one size fits all situation.I also have sensory issues, so if you do I'll describe this as best as I can - Slightly squishy but not in the "makes noise and feels yucky" sense but more the "soft cushions under leggings" sense. It doesn't bother my sensory issues, but I know that varies for everyone.

I own about 3 of these caps and I love them. I wish the pro was a tad tighter. But other than that, it works great! Most of the time I don’t put it in the freezer. The cap is usually cold enough for me from just sitting out.

I can't even explain how much I love this. Not only do I wear it for my migraines but I put it on almost every night. The feeling of light pressure all around my head is azing and I fall right to sleep. And I sleep during the day so it works perfect for a black out eye mask too!

I love this product honestly I was hesitant when I first ordered it be the first product I had done just as the bag had said and as I was taking it out of the bag the seam had ripped exposing the gel inside had asked for a replacement and was impressed with how quick the replacement had come. As for the second product it works really well in the freezer. I don't really plan to use it in the microwave but I'm sure it would work well. The fit of it can be a bit snug if you have a larger head but when used with a headache for me it really helps to have that little bit of compression. It is kinda thick so you really can't see through it amd it holds cold fairly well. The only "cons" I have personally is having to ask for a replacement for the first one and they have a bit of a weird chemical smell but I left mine out of the package for a few hours and the smell disappeared.
