Might be ideal for anyone who's light pc user . . . but enough power to satisfy majority.

This was an upgrade pc for my wife. She's a light pc user: web and email. It's smaller than you think ... fits in palm of hand. I find it quite capable. So far, Windows 11 seems to work good enough.Setup is EASY. Plug cords in ... and tap the power button ... and that's it, WINDOWS 11 boots up and you're in business!I performed a few optional EASY after-purchase upgrades: cloned and exchanged slower Intel 660 C: Drive with a speedier NvMe drive. Comes with adequate 16gb of RAM, but I went ahead and doubled it to 32gb. Finally, I purchased a 1TB SSD to install inside the lid as a second data storage drive. None of these upgrades were necessary, as machine will run just fine stock. I'm a geek, so I love to tweak pc's to optimum performance. It's quiet. Has all the peripheral connections you would need. USB 3, 2, and Type C. Two HDMI and headphone audio out that will also power Desktop pc speakers. The WIFI 6 connects and works flawlessly. Or you can plug an Ethernet Cable directly into modem or router.I do a lot of computer art and image editing, so it's not quite up to those tasks yet (I personally use a powerful Desktop pc), but I'm sure more powerful minis in the future may be more than capable. But the BOSGAME U56 is no slouch, either. Video viewing is great even at 4K. Web surfing is fast and snappy. Multitasking ... no problem.Really impressed with this little pc. Wife loves it. Little, but powerful! If it goes the distance ... I'm sure there will be a few more similar purchases in our future. A much cleaner upgrade than that big intrusive noisy box it replaced. If this is the future, then I'm all in.

Powerful little box, immature BIOS, doubtful support channels

First, I love that a baseline Ryzen laptop minus display plus a network interface card has been stuffed into a mini PC. The cost for this device, especially with a Windows Pro license, is fantastic. I am in the process of setting this device up as a home server and it is doing great after disabling wireless networking. However, I have concerns that may make this device not be usable for everyone.1. The BIOS version is listed as 0.05 and I have no idea where BIOS updates might come from (Bosgame support shows up in zero google searches). There are also minimal controls in BIOS. For example, you cannot disable extra devices like wifi and cannot change memory settings or use XMP profiles.2. The TPM chip does not appear to be properly implemented. Windows has many system log messages about the TPM device not responding. I have not noticed any problems caused by this, but I would be extra careful before enabling file encryption.3. The computer randomly shut off while sitting idle a couple times in the first week I had it. This has not occurred in the week since I switched to wired network connection and disabled the wifi adapter in Windows Device Manager. I am hoping that this issue is limited to wifi and will not affect me further.Other notes/observations:- BIOS will show you a bit more info with a hotkey combination (I think it was Ctrl-F5... it was Ctrl or Alt with either F5 or F7). However, it does not open up more options.- fan seems to be on or off - I would like an option for a lower speed intermediate option or to force it to always on for consistent noise.- I agree with another reviewer that the 2.5" sata connector is tiny and fragile. The adapter I received was slightly damaged and would not fit on my SATA drive - I had to bend a broken plastic piece out of the way before I could attach it to the drive. The PC included mounting screws for the 2.5" drive. It is in a low air-flow area - keep that in mind, especially if you install a mechanical drive- Overall I like the ports that are provided. It would have been nice to have one more usb-C port, but I understand that decision at this price pointIf you are comfortable with these limitations, or with debugging until you isolate the issues yours has, then this is an amazing price for this hardware.

Works great buy .....

Liked it so much , tried to buy another, but it had a bad fan , and had to send it right back.

Powerful System, AMD APU Tuning Utility

Pros:-The top is vented, so the cool air is pulled through the top and the fan pushes hot air out of the back-Heatsink has 2 copper heatpipes-Fan is relatively quite and keeps cpu and gpu below 85 degrees Celsius at full load-6 core/12 thread (Zen 3) cpu-Vega 7 gpu (1800 mhz)-It can handle video editing-It can handle gaming (720p to 900p, low to high settings depending on the game)-The cpu (apu) power needs to be set somewhere between 31w and 36w (in order to get the most performance out of the cpu/gpu). The max cpu (apu) temperature needs to be set to 90 degrees Celsius (AMD rates the cpu for up 105 degrees Celsius, so 90 degrees is totally fine). This can be done through the AMD APU Tuning Utility.Cons:-The 2 x 8gb. (16gb.) ram is only 1Rx16. I wish it was 1Rx8. It affects performance of cpu and gpu workloads by 10% to 20%. So I swapped out the 2 ram sticks myself.-The pci-e 3.0 ssd (Intel 660P) doesn't have a dram cache, so when working with video files the read/write speeds are only as fast as a SATAIII ssd. I swapped the drive out for a 1tb (pci-e 3.0) ssd with a dram cache myself.-I recommend doing a clean install of Windows (10 or 11) rather than using their pre-installed image of Windows.

Waste of time, barely had a pulse on arrival and had a fever to boot'

This comes in a nice package. The PC case is nice and solid but comes wrapped in some plastic that says something to the effect of 'WARNING If pc will not allow you to enter your microsoft account click skip and contact seller". Not very reassuring, but whatever, I was able to enter wifi info then it let me enter my Microsoft account thru the internet so no biggie. I'm able to choose a pin and continue. I left, got a cup of coffee and upon returning, the PC had turned off--nothing would awaken it, even tapped the power button..... nothing. OK, that's weird, so I reboot. I'm able to enter my pin and my desktop appears. Cool, I go to install my 1st app and in the middle of the install, the PC turns off again. I check all my connections and notice the PC is getting hot. I'm able to reboot again, I figure this time I'm immediately going to my power settings and disabling sleep and hibernate and all that. I couldn't even get settings/control panels before it turns off again. I decide I don't have time for this and go to return it. Then Amazon (or the seller) try to get you to do all this rigamarole trying to give you "support" from an "AI" bot.I would completely write this experience off to receiving a lemon except that they obviously have had problems... enough to print a custom die-cut warning wrapped around the PC. None of the 3 stated issues in the warning were the case yet it still didn't work.
