Ocean Spray Sweetened Dried Cranberries,3 Pound (Pack of 2)

I miss seeing the ocean spray commercials on TV where the guys stood in water up to their knees with cranberries floating on top. Cranberries have a tangy taste that could eventually help people form friendlier habits, like going for fruits and veggies instead of just meat and junk food for snacks. This journey started for me a few weeks ago when i saw Moby's animal sanctuary on TV and decided to make a conscious decision to buy one plant based product in place of the gummies I usually buy. I can tell you: it may be impossible to make a guy like him proud but following in his footsteps, even just a little, gives hope and mercy to animal lovers. Cranberries are a guilt free snack, but i have to eat them frozen dor the chewy sensation.

I like cranberries a lot. This is a good value. You get 48 ounces for a reasonable price. I would prefer if they are not sweetened but a lot of people prefer them sweetened. Therefore I pre-soak them in lemon juice and then add them to my yogurt. Sometimes in these packages the cranberries arrive with the "sugar coating crystalized" which is not appealing but on this particular product the dried cranberries were still moist. If you like adding dried cranberries into salads, yogurt, rice etc. this is the ideal product for you.

Always good! They add the right amount of sweetness to oat meal. I was buying the single serving packets of Quaker Oats oatmeal with cranberries. Then one day I looked at the price I was paying for these tiny packets of oatmeal and it was ridiculous. Seriously, per pound it’s got to be more expensive than tenderloin. So I started buying the Amazon brand plain oatmeal which is so cheap it’s practically free and bags of these cranberries for a bit of texture and sweetness and it tastes better and is a much cheaper option than buying Quaker Oats oatmeal brand single serving packets. I do also add a little maple syrup for additional sweetness. Add a handful of cranberries and some water to your bowl of oat meal and microwave it for about 2.5 minutes and you have a bowl of comfort food any time of the day or night. Also the cranberries puff up and rehydrate nicely.

This is an awesome product...elevates baking and oatmeal items out of this world! I've seen people pass up jellybeans in favour of these!BUT, Amazon always sends me product that is expiring soon 😑...it wouldn't be too bad if it was only 2 bags, but it really is difficult to eat up 12 of these bags in less than 2 months--plus the quality suffers in the softness factor the closer it is to expiring.Bottom line: Great tasty product---our favorite in the Craisins line. The one caveat is you need to realize how much you can consume in a short period of time since they usually expire in a couple months from when you get them.*also, since these have grape juice added, we treat them as raisins and do NOT allow our dog to have them. 😉

Ocean Spray Craisins are an absolute must-have in my pantry! The original flavor is perfectly sweet and tart, making them incredibly versatile. I add them to oatmeal, salads, yogurt, and even just snack on them plain. They're always fresh and plump. Great source of antioxidants too! Highly recommend for a healthy, tasty addition to any meal or snack.

Really like these. They add a different flavor than either plain cranberries or plain raisins. For a very flavorful 'punch-up' to recipes, i highly recommend the 'dried cranberries'.

Comes in a large bag with closure. I always order this size and brand, fits in my refrigerator drawer, and is tasty in other dishes.
