It does seem to remain stable and can be checked and controlled on the mobile phone very reliably. It was a pain to set up, took a few goes. It does send alerts when it detects movement. BUT it does not seem to push video clips or photos of what has activated it to my mobile as it seems to imply. I had intended to put it in an frequently unoccupied hallway in case someone entered the property. There would be no movement so no alerts or photos pushed unless someone did. As it happens it turned out not to be practical to set that up due to privacy concerns. But we could still have used it in our main home for when we are away. At the moment we could use it to manually check but not to receive pushed photos of an intruder.

excellent item for the money, good quality clear pictures especially good in night vision. You can move the camera using your phone screen from any where in the world. The movement is a little limited and the talking is not that easy as you cant have the microphone and speaker on at the same time so don't foret to say over!!

I had to return this because it is not compatible with WPA/WPA2 security on my BT Smarthub - "yet", the instructions say. Otherwise, it seems fine.

I had assumed being wireless that it would record onto an SD card until it ran out of power. Unfortunately this was not possible and it had to be connected to the internet wirelessly to work. I wanted to place the camera in an stable so it didn’t work for me.

This was pretty easy to set up, is working very well cannot really fault it. The night vision is very good, works well mounted on a wall and the remote viewing and ability to swivel it around up and down is very good.

It was so clear it did it job and was not to dear to buy
