Q: My mounting bracket does not fit on my frame. What do you recommend to do?

Hi, thanks for your question. May we ask, what kind of bike do you have? This can help us in providing a solution. Our mounting bracket is designed to fit 90-95% on all bikes, but sometimes there is case of smaller or wider tubing and in some cases triangular tubing as well. This causes the mounting bracket to not (completely) fit on the frame. With a smaller frame we recommend to use the rubbers that are provided with the lock to tighten the grip of the bracket to the frame. With a wider frame the solution is to use longer bolts to connect the bracket to the frame. The bolts that are used are common hex bolts and available at your local hardware store. With a triangular tubing we recommend to put the lock in a side-mount on the seat tube. The seat tube is almost always a regular tube that works fine with the bracket.
