Good supplements

I've been taking these for over 6 months now. I had super dry easily broken & tangled witchy hair from medications. I added these for the inside and Redken Bonding Conditioner for the outside. My hair has gone back to having the natural curl, and my nails don't bend anymore. I also have about 1/3 of my hair is shorter because there's so much new growth! These taste so much better without the red dye too!

Great taste but it do have a loud smell, easy to swallow.

These are my favorite vitamins. They make my hair grow fast noticeably. When I stop taking them, though, my hair seems to stunt growth. This seller was on time with shipping. My only concern was the bottles. The packaging looked like it had been sitting in the sun and faded colored. Hopefully, these were not improperly stored, as that Would change their effectiveness.

Easy to swallow it does have like an after taste but not so bad. These are some great vitamins

Use to always buy Spring Valley just GELATIN for years. For some unknown reason have not been available for about a year. These really worked well on nails. Very sorry Spring Valley does not offer anymore on Amazon.
