I put this on my cat that goes out and she still came home with fleas. It has a smell that my cat didn't really like. Maybe in combination with a collar it might be more effective.

Despite regurar inspections, our dogs, who we treat with Simparica Trio, bring ticks inside to our untreated cats (we do not have fleas). Cats are quite sensitive, so I decided to try this before moving to a prescription cat tick prevention like Frontline. To my absolute delight, I found a dead tick on one of our cats today, two days after application. The cats were not happy with having a foriegn substance on them for the first day, but they have recoverd from that drama 😅. I am hopeful it will continue to work for the rest of the month, as advertised!

This product contains essential oils that are deadly for cats. Cat’s liver can not metabolize!!Would give ZERO stars if possible

I love this treatment, and it seems to be working. My cat does not spend a lot of time outside, but still--she has never brought any critters home since I've been using this on her. This stuff smells nice and is safe for my kitty and for us. It will make your pet oily, though; but the alternatives are horribly toxic. I have to put this on her over 3-4 days. This way it seems to be less messy. Overall, I am happy with this stuff and have repurchased it several times.

I love the ingredients and the smell to me is so much nicer than other chemical flea meds. I did have 2 cats that were sensitive to this and ended up losing some hair where it was placed. Other two cats had no problems and it got rid of fleas.

I have two indoor/outdoor cats. Applied to each as directed and it seems to be working. No scratching and itching, no sign of fleas. It smelt a little strong at first but dissipated in about a day.

We have two cats that had completely different reactions to this product. Neither liked the chemical products we used before but one cat barely noticed this one and seems to be having a good response to the flea protection. However the other cat has been very bothered by this product enough to claw two big chunks of fur out before we noticed and attempted to wash the area. This seemed to stop the irratation so my best advice is to try a small amount before you use a full treatment.
