Seems like it's a goot product, I just got it few days ago and took it 2 times as for now, and i noticed that my blood pressure dropped both times really bad!. My blood pressure is close to normal but usually a little low, however this product drops it to the point that both times I felt really sick and for a long time!, not a nice feeling for sure! For people who have hight blood pressure that's definitely a good part, but if your blood pressure is even a little bit low, don't take it!! So after what I experienced I'm giving it away. But its probably really good for people with high blood pressure
