Great heat protectant and I really love the smell!!

I love this product! It makes my hair shine and holds the shape. I have a chin length bob. I use it every other washing of my hair. 2x a week. Just get it! Also helps either split ends!

Use this product on my 16 year olds hair and love it... but buyer beware the last 2 times I have ordered it I received Salty Dog instead. Packaging all says Welder Heat Protection Spray but the actual product was Salty Dog! Definitely NOT the same!

I am a big fan of all things Evo, especially this spray. My stylist suggested it for me to help with my heat damage, and we have noticed a huge difference. I use it before I flat iron or curl my hair. The bottle lasts a good while and it smells amazing. Definitely get it.

This actually seemed to give my hair body, however, it's fragrant so I have to use sparingly due to sensitivity to fragrances.But it does help your hair!

Holds curl adds shine

If you use hot tools to style your hair, you probably already know that you should be protecting your hair with a product like this one. I prefer the sprays like this one by EVO. What I most like about this brand is that it seems to do its job without weighing down my hair. The style stayed put even after some exposure to humidity. I feel like the scent is pretty negligible, but scents are very personal. I did not notice any extra shine with this product, but it did keep my hair from being frizzy or feeling dry. The price point is fine for products of this quality, which would be similar to one you’d find at the salon. It’s definitely higher quality than the drug store lines, which can feel gummy and weigh down your hair.I look forward to trying other hair products by this brand and recommend this product if you are looking for a good lightweight heat protection spray.

I have dry, brittle, and damaged ends to my hair – and I can only blame it on using my hair straightener and curling iron at too high of a temperature and without using a protection spray. I also have fine, thin hair that doesn't want to hold a curl. This product had a challenge ahead of it! The ad indicates this spray can help protect from heat damage, improve styling and shape memory, and provide volume and a medium hold.I tried it two different days (see my photos).- The first day I washed and dried my hair; then sprayed on a small amount of this heat protection spray (the bottle doesn't tell you how MUCH to use) and used my curling iron at a temperature of 220 degrees. I wasn't really impressed with the results – it did add a small amount of shine to my hair and probably did protect my hair from the heat; but I didn't see much added volume and the curl was soon gone.- The second day I sprayed on what I considered to be a lot of the heat protection spray (hair wet but not drenched) and used my curling iron at a temperature of 260 degrees. I liked the results – my hair definitely had more shine, the curl lasted longer than it normally does in my hair, and I can only assume it is protecting my hair from the heat (not sure how to determine that until I have my ends trimmed). I didn't see much added volume; but I liked the fact that the spray didn't make my hair feel crispy or sticky.Everyone's hair is different and due to the characteristics of my hair, I may need to “drench” my hair with this product to see changes in volume; but I will continue to use the product on a regular basis in order to decrease heat damage and to give my hair some extra shine.
