Chamois cloth, not leather. Not useful for what I need it for. Advertising is not clear that this is a synthetic product.

These arrived today, and I’m sorry to say that they are not real chamois. Chamois are made from chamois leather (the skin of a chamois goat) and the leather is very useful in pottery. These are just small pieces of some synthetic stretch material that is totally unfit for purpose. Will be returning.

Useless For My Work
The mistake I made was not reading all the fine print. The copy states Chamois CLOTH, which is not a soft, pliable, absorbing natural material.I truly attempted to use it for finishing my ceramic work no my wheel. It impossible to work with and do a professional job.Jas
