Q: What is the user distance range?

We use them at our church with a range of approximately 160 feet. Haven't tried them any further. They have worked great for us.

Q: are the antennas removable? I asking if when this is rack mounted can they be removed so it fits?

Yes the antennas do remove very easily. When you get the package and unbox it the antennas are actually disconnected already and then you attach them.

Q: Can all 4 sets be used at the same time?

Yes. You could even mix and match lav mics and handhelds. Make sure that you are getting different channel sets, though. For example, channels M though P are the same on all of the wireless units.
