What I expected one of the colors is loose from the palet but still in tact

Buyer beware! This pallet came extremely crumbled and looks old!
I honestly was so looking forward to using this pallet. The colors on the pictures looked nice and vibrant. How ever before opening it (see picturss 1 and 2) I noticed powder on the outside of the pallet and alot of the shades were gone or had holes on it. I opened it (which spilled dust all over my bed) and over half the colors are gone and there's powder and dust everywhere ! The outside of the package was not damaged so that says to me they shipped me a old pallet. Which is not only dangerous but discouraging. I was really looking forward to using this pallet but it is unusable. I just hope I can get my money back!! So disappointed.

Broken and No Reply
The colors are nice but when I received the pallet, it was broken and wouldn't close because of the many cracks. I contacted the supplier and there was no response. Not worth it.
