Q: I have a beach wedding event I'm going to and need to know if the heat/ sweat or salt water will turn this necklace to leave green around my neck?

Hello! I’ve never worn the necklace in the ocean, but I have been swimming in chlorine & gone to the gym many many times. So far mine hasn’t tarnished & is still just as cute as ever :) these are genuinely my favorite affordable necklaces to buy! hope this helped :)

I don’t know why that happened! The links might be a different type of metal that tarnishes easier, or you might have had some chemical on your hand that made the links change color when you touched them… not completely sure though! For me, they didn’t change color at all, but I keep mine in the box it came with, so maybe if your hanging them on a necklace holder that could be the problem. Hope this helps!

Very pretty necklace for the price. Sure, will probably not last long and may turn your neck green. I bought 2, 1 for me and 1 for my young daughter. Very pretty. Note: these necklaces are light and don't pull down. You have to adjust them and then they sit fine on your neck.
