I have a dry nose and this is the best I have tried to help moisten my nose. It does burn a bit for a moment. But still worth it.

This product, along with the nasal spray by the same name, works well to relieve the misery of nasal passage dryness that I live with due to a health condition. However, be aware that the tube you receive is only 1/2 full of product; you think you are receiving a generous amount, but you are not. To prevent wasting any of it, I squeeze a tiny amount onto a Q-tip to apply.

I have permanent scabs in both nostrils resulting from recurring nosebleeds during the dry winter months.I am so glad that Profounda is distributing this product in the U.S. For several years I was forced to order it from Canada and have no idea why its distribution here was discontinued. It's a much better product than its competitor, Ayr (half the quantity for twice the price), and absolutely essential for keeping those permanent scabs soft, preventing them from crusting over, breaking off and producing more nosebleeds with more permanent scarring. Used three times a day, it does the trick in controlling my problem.

Bought for husband on Dr recommendation, he did not like

My husband and I have been using Rhinase for over a year and honestly don't know how we both got by without it before we discovered it. It has made a tremendous difference in our breathing, and dry nose. I bought it to use on the airplane but quickly discovered it made a huge difference at home with the air conditioning and heat. I use every night and every morning!

Helps with nasal dryness. Need q-tip to apply. Next time I will buy the spray.

As a pharmacist of 22+ years I am extremely aware of the importance of how a product is labeled and marketed.I am also aware that I'm not necessarily in full hypervigilant "pharmacist mode" when I'm shopping on Amazon for salty gel to squeeze onto a Q-tip and put up my crusty nose.Salty Gel. In a tube. As in saline. Not sesame. Like wut even is this.I'll tell you wut. Thirty bucks worth of bull honky.
