I love this jug, it holds hot and cold liquid well. I would not recommend holding the glass without a heatproof glove as the glass, gets extremely hot. The handle looks and feels a little flimsy, but if you hold the handle and the base as you left and pour you have more confidence with the jug.All in all this jug is a very good buy for a family or a summer parties.

I love the glass jug I can't fault this item it's just what I wanted irs easy to clean Leak Proof easy to hold and I would by another if I had a bigger fridge safe to say I rate it 10 and worth every penny.

Lightweight and attractive

It is what I wanted and works well.

Does not feel as feel as tough as stated and you are always wary that it will hit the work top and smash. But large capacity and useful for what I need it for. Only I am extra careful when using it and you wouldn't want a child to handle it at all.

Great product. Easy to pour with one hand. Holds over 2 ltrs. Quite light. Fits great in the fridge!

I use it to store the soymilk! The pitcher is very big with 2L capacity. The lid can control the flow by turning it to different direction. Very good product!

With a retail cost of twenty bucks, this is a good value for a glass pitcher.It looks nice, and the stainless steal top cleans easily.It's not too hard to get the bottom clean and seamed to even come out of the dishwasher fine.Sadly no matter what I did, though I couldn't keep it from dripping after every pour. I tried it with lemonade and ended up with a sugar ring in my fridge. I tried it with tea and ended up with a brown ring stain.We could have used it for water, but we already have a filtered cold water dispenser in the fridge so it's not really useful.I don't know if it's the way the spout is designed, the way the lid fits, or something else entirely, but I finally got fed up with constantly cleaning my fridge and have retired this.

Carafe is much nicer and better quality than described or expected . I bought 2 and happy I did , the cover nicely designed for pouring and filtering
