Not suitable for UK usage
Not sure if I missed the instructions but ordered this to find it had American plug connection and was the incorrect wattage for UK usage. I had a conversation with the seller who promised to refund me the cost of the goods and the cost of the postage to return the item. I was eventually refunded the cost of the kettle but not the £20+ cost of returning the item to the USA. Feel cheated.
