Q: Im 186cm tall, is that long enough for me? Im looking for a 3.5-4m long rope.

Yes, this is a good length! I am also 186cm tall, and this rope is perfect. When the package arrives, the two ropes (steel cables, really) are NOT installed in the handles. When you install them, leave only 2 to 4cm of extra cable poking out from the handles, and do NOT cut any "extra" length off. It will not bother you during your workout. (Shorter athletes will adjust the cable to a length that's good for them, and then will have to cut off the 10 or 20cm of cable that sticks out the other side of the retainer screws)

Q: how thick are the cables ?

They are thin cables.. About 1/4 of an inch but it comes with two and they seem to be very durable.

Q: Any feedback on how to cut the rope?

I used wire snippers to get a clean cut.

Tiene repuestos y una bolsa

Es una buena cuerda si tu intención es ejercitate de manera normal ,viene con una bolsita para guardarla y tiene protectores para evitar que el cable se desgaste rápido,así como un segundo cable, los mangos son muy cómodos y tienen material antiderrapante, aunque ajustarla cuesta un poco pero se mantiene así gracias a su doble tornillo.
