Very good white rice flour pasta
I really like this pasta. I can’t have most starches or grains and the other alternative pastas like the mushroom and palm make me gag. This has a nice consistency and flavor. I’ve really missed having pasta salad so I was very happy to find this pasta. One downside - there are no cooking instructions. I added 1 1/2 cups macaroni to a rolling boil, then turned down the heat to a simmer. I cooked for 6 1/2 minutes, stirred occasionally, and felt it was good. (I like it a tad firm for the salad.) I rinsed them under cold water and the pasta wasn’t starchy in the salad. I recommend making enough for one day. The leftovers absorb all of the liquid whether dressing or mayo which makes it soggy the second day. I have to give this 5 stars because of taste so I feel I can’t take away a star for the lack of directions. All in all, a very good pasta!

Great! If only it were organic...
I bought this because I needed a pasta that was gluten free and low in fiber. I didn't expect to love it as much as I did. It's SO good. I cooked it, sprinkled with a little cheese and baked for a short time... it honestly didn't even need sauce, in my opinion. I'm just disappointed that there isn't an organic option.Another review mentioned no cooking instructions on the bag and having trouble with it being gummy. I add about 1/4 tsp. olive oil to water in pot (seems to help prevent sticking to pot), bring water to a boil, add a bit of salt and then pasta. Turn down heat so it stays on a strong simmer rather than a strong boil and then stir occasionally and cook until tender enough to be cut in half easily with a fork (6-8 min or so). I always tend to rinse my GF pasta with cool water after cooking because it seems to be less gummy that way, but that's personal preference. I have no idea what the 'correct' way to cook this is, but it works beautifully for me when I do it this way and then top/mix my pasta with sauce or cheese and bake for a few minutes, just until hot.

Gluten-free and still delicious
These were fantastic. Will totally buy again. I have a ton of allergies but still want the comforting foods of my youth…with these noodles and a homemade cheese sauce you can get very close to the gooey delight that was childhood Mac and cheese

The best I’ve had
This is the best white rice pasta I have ever had. Please don’t stop making this with just the simple ingredients that it has. I can’t have anything other than white rice pasta due to allergies. This is perfect!

Elbows?!
The pasta does not really look like regular elbows, and ends up a sloppy mess all glued together, even when only cooked for 7 minutes like other pastas!Maybe it reacts like the white rice it is, instead of like wheat!I also think if gas gunied up my digestive system being so gooey and sticky! It makes a mess of the pot, making it hard to clean up!I need a refund because I dare not need to eat any more of it!
