This was literally so easy to install. I was worried because the shower arm/pipe at my apartment didn't look like every one else's in the reviews (everyone else has a thin pipe coming out of the wall) so I wasn't sure it would fit. After worrying about how to attach it, I ordered a 1/2 inch nipple to give me a male end to screw this shower head into since my shower arm only had a female end. Turns out I didn't need it bc my apartment complex already had one installed from the old shower head. So I literally unscrewed the old showerhead and put the washer in both ends of the hose and the bracket and voila! It worked perfectly. Didn't even need the plumbers tape that was included. Dry as a bone. The new shower head was SO nice. However, I will say the bracket was very lightweight and did not feel very sturdy, so don't overtighten or it'll crack. Pretty sure it was made of plastic, but it works!

I had previously sent negative feedback about this item. I was wrong and want to apologize for casting aspersions on this item. The return window was clearly marked and I missed it. It is not the seller's fault if I had extenuating circumstances in my life that prohibited me from installing it in a timely manner. But most of all, it was apparently my own fault for the leakage issue, not the product. So I would like to make it clear that this item works very well, the design is sleek and was easy to install (after reading the directions carefully). It does deserve a 5 star rating and hopefully this will cancel out my previous feedback. Again, my apologies.

This is the greatest thing. Literally the first purchase we made after moving and I wouldn't have done anything differently. Very easy to install, comes with some plumbing tape. All the settings work well, though I don't use all of them regularly. The massage function is amazing. I LOVE the super pressurized functions from out the top for cleaning. Having the extra mounting bracket is a game changer as a couple with a significant height difference. You really can't go wrong with this product!

Pressure Good. Modes Great. Mounting - Terrible.The holster for the wand should be a little larger. It's current size has the connection nut sitting on top of the width of the holster. Ideally the handle should slide down a bit, or be more snug to keep the stream in the same direction. I'm not pinned against a wall due to the pressure, I'm backed up because the height of the stream is so high from how the mounting works.Not going to return it, small complaint. I may use the additional mount to place the wand lower, but the way that mount is designed, the stream ends up pretty horizontal using the wall mount.My only concern would be knocking it out of the holster due to it not being seated snugly.

Wow i what a great flow. We have anemic (40 psi) pressure in my area. So used to 1.5 and 1.8 gpm showerheads and pitiful output. This 2.5 gpm head is awesome. Build quality is meh, it’s plastic, but the price reflects this. It’s this price or 5x for a big name, and in my experience the 5x names don’t last much longer. Such a big difference I’m replacing the head in our other shower as well.

We have a very old home, and the water pressure in the guest bath is frustratingly low. Tried other showerheads that were significantly more expensive that claimed to do the same thing as this one. This is the first one we’ve tried that actually does what it says. The pressure coming out of this showerhead feels like it is at least double that of the more expensive brands. After trying it in the guest shower, ordered another for the master bath as well.

I’m very happy with my purchase. This shower head works exactly as described and feels sturdy. The material looks high-quality, and it has maintained its condition for several months. I like that you can either keep the shower head in its original position or hang it on the additional base that comes with the product. The different spray modes are also useful during the bath. I would definitely recommend this product.

This is a very nice quality shower head. It works well. The only thing I would recommend is to figure out how much water you want to come out of it at a time. They have 2 volumes for this. I chose the higher one and so much comes out so quickly that the bathtub drain cannot keep up. You're standing in water until you're done with your shower and it has time to drain.
