I needed to upgrade my home office chair, and this chair appeared to be the best option. Due to the design of my desk, I needed a supportive chair that the arms could either be flipped back, or removed.I really appreciate the back support, the high back, and reclining features of this chair. It is very comfortable. Also, it is a very attractive looking chair!If there was one minor drawback, it would be the castors. Very minor drawback, though.Finally, the customer service I received was outstanding! Very responsive and helpful when it appeared that the chair had been delayed/misplaced by the carrier. Super easy to put together, I think I had it put together in 30 minutes, maybe less. So comfy and supportive. And BEAUTIFUL.

It's so upsetting that the chair looks so good, but has absolutely no back support. The chair itself leans back too much so you can sit up right. You would have to always be leaning back to actually touch your back to the back of the chair. I don't have back problems but am starting to feel my back ache, so I would steer clear completely if you have any kind of back issues or are looking for some type of support in the back.It is going to be such a pain taking the chair apart and shipping it back to return it, but probably not as much of a pain that my back will feel in the near future if I don't.Oh also, if you chose to return the chair you have to pay for your own shipping so take that into consideration if you're even thinking about trying it out.UPDATE:02/11/2022Didn't end up returning because figured the cost to ship it wasn't worth the refund. The stitching started to come undone in some spots like a week after my initial review. The chair has really worn out quickly even the slightest tilt in your posture and is fulling leaning back like you're going to bed. I wish I could give 0 stars. but not anymore than I wish i could return the dumb chair.

Really love the look and feel of this chair. Super easy to put together. The lever to lock the back, however, doesn’t function very well- always popping out of place.

The chair is ok if you’re only in it for a few hours. It’s definitely more of an aesthetic chair then comfort. Great for students, not great for work from home. It doesn’t recline, adjustable height is minimal, and seat bottom is barely padded, but enough to not hurt

This chair is good looking and can really help pull a room together. Thats it. I am 365lbs and got this chair because it says rated upto 400lbs. I dont know how anyone close to my size could use this chair for the long term. The seat is not nearly wide enough and digs into your sides so much so that i felt the pain for several hours after 1 day of work. I do work from home. Additionally i needed to but a pillow down in order for me to be able to use it on the second day. The support does not feel like it will support upto 400lbs since when i sit back the rest goes back, but that is a common issue at my size. This was easy to put together.Pros - great looking chairCons - very painful to use if you are heavy and cheap feeling materials.

It first arrived missing a couple of parts, but the seller promptly sent another chair via FedEx. Chair easily assembles. It looks nice, but is not very comfortable. I'm tall, so I'm glad it does go up higher than other office chairs I've had. Cushion is almost nonexistent, but for under $200 I didn't expect it to be the Cadillac of office chairs. It rolls very hard as well. Overall, it's okay for the price. Wouldn't recommend for long-term sitting.

Chair is as expected. Great feeling leather. Cushion is excellent. Support is great. Two settings to lock/unlock back to all for more back “sway”. Arm rests are comfy. Easy to assemble. Would purchase again.
