I have very thick, naturally curly, frizzy hair and it's taken me all of my adult life (I'm 33) to figure out how to properly take care of my hair without always using a straightener. I've used other products, which were ok and I even have the Coco and Eve hair mask that I use on days I dont use this one, and it's ok. This product is fantastic! Its thick and creamy. It spreads through my hair great. I leave it in for about 10 minutes, rinse and I can already feel, as I'm rinsing, my hair feels softer and stronger. Great product for your hair after swimming in the ocean or pool. Your hair is like a sponge and if you go into the ocean or pool your hair will absorb all of the salt from the ocean or chlorine from the pool making your hair dry. This product places the softness and moisture back into your hair. I've been using this product for over a year and have love it. Of course, I don't use it everyday, but definitely when I feel like my hair needs that extra moisture. I highly recommend this product and for the cost you get a lot in that little jar b/c a little goes a long way.
