Lovely and great value for money
Nothing negative to say about this. The flavour is awesome and it seasons the rice beautifully, A firm favourite in my household.

very reasonable sushi vinegar, pre-seasoned
This is a pre-seasoned vinegar, meaning it's already got salt and sugar inside it. You should, in theory, be able to pour it as it is from the bottle onto your hot sushi rice.Normally sushi vinegar is a quite sweet mixture of vinegar, salt and sugar, LOTS of sugar. This does away with that complication in having it all-in-one already.And, it's not bad at all. It's actually quite passable, i would say. I do add yet another pinch of salt and a bit more sugar, but i have also used it on its own and got some very respectable sushi rice (with rice bought from amazon).

Sushi vinegar is a wow
After trying to make my own mixture this is so simple though I didn't add the full amount, the sushi rice was just how we liked it - would recommend halving the actual quantity needed then add more if necessary - brilliant product and definitely on my list for future purchases - PLUS its gluten free

Great sushi vinegar!
Great price, good product and large bottle! I do sushi for a business and this is my number 1 sushi vinegar. Very affordable too for the amount and a lot cheaper than in Asian market.

Flavour is quite mild.
I usually make my own but thot I will give this a try. The flavour is too mild for us....so will not be buying this again..

Pratique et moins cher
Très goûteux, ce vinaigre de riz n'a pas besoin de préparation supplémentaire, on peux le verser directement dans le riz ! En plus, il revient moins cher d'acheter directement un litre de vinaigre de riz déjà préparé que plusieurs petites bouteilles de 150Ml des "grandes" marques habituelles
