Speakers get the job done!
Great size and loud enough for a small office/home computer! I do feel the knob is a bit misleading, as you’re not able to actually gradually lower or raise the volume, it seems like there is only 3 settings; low, medium, and high for volume. But I would still recommend this for anyone looking for affordable speakers!

Great Sound Quality
After getting 14 years out of my previous Logitech speakers, I only wanted Logitech for my next speakers. These work great. Sound quality is wonderful. Love that I can have them going during the day for my birds to listen to music, then at night I can plug in my headset for gaming.Definitely recommend!

Fantastic Lil Thangs WORTH The Price
Using them right now as I write this review...Smooth Jazz.I have musical experience and used professional speakers who produced professional-sounding notes that were very crispy. Just one of those speakers cost over $100.These are NOT $100 a piece; you get two mini speakers for $30. The size is perfect for a desktop setup for someone who needs some immediate speakers that don't have horrible sound quality and won't break the bank entirely.Do they sound like quality $100 speakers? No. Do they get as loud as they do? No. Do they need to? No. If you're looking for loud speakers you're going to have to pay the price tag. That being said, these are some fantastic speakers for the price. There is no static received from the output, you can have headphones connected directly to the speakers and upon disconnecting the headphones the speakers take up functionality as if the headset was never connected. At 7AM I am listening to music at a comfortable level and the knob is sitting at maybe 30% of its full potential. So they can get KIND OF loud if you're jamming. They connected immediately out of the box and it was so simple to get them to work; I connected the audio jack and turned the volume on. Just make sure to go into your sound settings and select it to default audio in case you had any other audio outputs before you installed them. They look really sleek and nice and just the right size whereas pro speakers can be kind of big and take up a lot of space. If you're okay with understanding that these aren't going to power the sound of a whole party, then these are some really amazing desktop speakers. They complete a setup brilliantly with their sleek black color and their functionality is very easy to manage. Will most likely get a pair for my son and daughter when I build their computer rigs.

Good cheap speakers. They don't sound amazing, but for the price they meet expectations.
They do the job I expected. I have a AM/FM/SW radio with a broken speaker. So I wanted something small and cheap to hook up and these work perfectly. They don't sound "great" but I have better equipment for critical music listening. These speakers are functional and they look nice. The back edge of the cabinets have some grip so they don't slide around. So they are fine for background radio, but not suited to critical listening.

Great basic PC speakers that are great for Modding projects
These are respectable basic PC speakers. When I first received these speakers, I tested them using my desktop PC and my iPod. The sound quality is not bad. The sound quality at medium to high volumes is MUCH better than the 1 watt speakers built in to my ASUS monitor. The volume they can achieve is also much higher than the speakers built in to my monitor. At the maximum volume setting, these speakers are loud. At medium to high volume, they do lack bass but that is to be expected from basic 2.0 PC speakers that don’t have a subwoofer. The build quality is also very good. The plastic speaker enclosures are precision molded and feel really solid. This is a quality product.I purchased these speakers for a project. I recently built a computer for a friend and the speakers built into the monitor I selected were way too quiet. The speakers built into the monitor, at max volume, were so quiet that any background noise in the room would drown them out. Even with crappy built in speakers, the clearance price on the monitor and the available rebate made the monitor highly desirable. I wanted the computer I built to have respectable sound. I built a 4” high wooden box to act as a riser for the monitor. This brought the monitor to a more comfortable eye level. I then purchased a pair of Logitech Z150 Speakers. I purchased the white ones because they were notably cheaper and because I only needed the guts. I disassembled the speakers (I removed the two speakers and the circuit board from the plastic enclosures). I then modified the 4” high monitor riser box I built to act as a speaker enclosure. To remount the speakers and the circuit board, I had to cut some of the original wiring and do some light soldering. The speaker enclosure/monitor riser turned out great and I did not lose any sound quality. The main reason I built the speakers into the monitor riser was to keep the surface of the computer desk clear of clutter. This was also the main reason I originally selected a monitor with built in speakers. For modding purposes, these speakers are great. You can completely disassemble the enclosures and remove the speakers with a #1 Philips screw driver. There is a nut behind the volume knob that can be loosened and removed using a set of needle nose pliers. Only a little hot glue was used to secure the circuit board in place. I had no real problem removing it. The wire that connects the speakers together and the audio input wire are hot glued inside the enclosures. It was easier to cut these wires than to try to remove the hot glue.
