These are a great tasing bar that doesnt impact my blood sugar. Natural ingredients. They are as good as the ones that I have before the recipe change.

I'm a big fan of these and have ordered them multiple times. This last version of the bars is softer than it's been and I'm a little conflicted about that as I really liked the "bite" these bars used to have but this softer version lacks none of the flavor. Also appreciate the box used to ship these, all details matters!

the box arrived and I had a Bar for my lunch and it was lovely tasting and I remain full till teatime; then I had the other flavour bar the next day equally as good.

I rarely write reviews on here, but I had to warn other potential buyers that these bars are utterly disgusting. The 'flavours' are so mild, that they do nothing to mask the stodgy, gelatinous lump of what I can only imagine is solidified wallpaper paste, mixed with a smidge of cement, then rolled in a fetid, stagnant swamp and packaged up for human consumption. I have two dogs, one of which literally eats his own faeces, but even they wouldn't eat a piece and I think they are both currently researching how to become unadopted.

They don't taste good at all and I usually like coconut, they taste very oily and the oil taste is quite overwheming, however I guess this is just a matter of personal taste, as a keto product they are good, but I prefer the other two flavours

These bars are one of my go to after lunch treats with a coffee after lunch.Very good again for a former pre diabetic.However I must point out that my latest order which should have consisted of three choices came with only two, there were no coconut variety! I wanted to try the coconut as i’d not had them before. I will however be ordering more in the future.

I've tried two other keto protein bars, Eva bold and Hilo. This is my third attempt. Love the Eva but wanted more purity. Took a tiny bite, and the flavour was perfect. Hilo flavour was vile. Salted Caramel. Am so pleased to find these. Now if you do a chocolate/orange flavour I will be in heaven.

Not *bad*, but not great in any way. Lacking in flavour and interest, IMO. Somewhere between chewy and crumbly, not crunchy. They are basically sunflower seeds and nuts held together with chicory, cacao, and coconut powder.The "no artificial xxx" philosophy has got in the way of making a good product. Add some erythritol to sweeten, extra cacao for a more punchy flavour, heck maybe even some protein powder to vary the texture up a bit from compressed powdered nut and round out the macros a bit. And, why not, some yummy artificial flavourings. I discovered that the experience of eating these is vastly improved by combining each mouthful with an equivalent amount of dark chocolate. The chocolate has some actual flavour while the bar gives the mouthful a nice chewy solidity. Maybe the bars should have been coated in dark chocolate?Good bits:Macros are decent when viewed as a tasty(ish) snack which fits into your diet, rather than as a utility item like a protein bar. Chewy in a way that most keto food isn't. No maltitol! Yay!
