This oil smells so good, I diffuse it everywhere in my house, any time of day. It is very calming and not overpowering. I believe it helps me relax for sleep as well.

I love this is organic. All ingredients have a purpose, no unnecessary junk inside. I put this in my humidifier for my little granddaughter when she starts to get a head cold. It lasts for a long time and really helps to open her up.
