Very easy to use but I couldn't set it up. That was a phone call to a third party tech person that downloaded the installation manual and walked me through it.

Great scanner, simple plug and play into my Macbook Pro. Stand nice and sturdy. The accessories are very complete. Recommended.

It takes a little time to find the sweet spot for returns.
Just plug it in, wait until the drivers load and get to work.It takes a little time to find the sweet spot for returns, but once there it handles all sorts of dodgy bar codes. Haven't seen how well it deals with coffee stains or crappy printers yet, but I'm optimistic.

Very loud beeping, but can be disabled by scanning the silence setting on the manual.

Good budget device
Does the job. The manual power switch is a very smart design choice since it prevents accidental trigger presses while the device is in the holster or bag. Read distance and decode ability are on par with others in this price range. We are using a number of them at a warehouse.
