So far Im giving this 3 stars because it came very well packaged, The directions are easy and the hair removal device is easy to use. Being real right now, since the blessings of motherhood I have noticed chin hairs that are no longer fine, and will grow at twice the speed of any hair. I am fair but my hair is dark. You are supposed to shave the area before you treat- this makes me nervous. I shave my legs and shave back other areas...but shaving my face? So I did it...I have only used this three times so far but I havent noticed any difference, only that The fine hairs I did have are thicker now as they grow back because I've shaved them and I HAVE to shave now or suffer the rath of the 5O'Clock shadow. This better work now or Im going to have to get a side gig as the bearded woman. I will update if I notice any change with more use or not.

I've had this product for a few months and it's definitely working. I have more hair than most so this is really exciting for me. I have some stubborn facial hair that it's taking much longer to see a difference in compared to my armpits and legs. Using it once a week or once every 2 weeks for about 2 months and I have considerably less hair on my legs and underarms. Hair that is still there is noticeably finer. It's super easy to use. There's a bit of pain in darker areas which is easily fixed by lowering the power level. I mostly use it on level 5.

I’ve been using this once a week for five weeks and have noticed no difference. I’ve had 6 treatments professionally done and noticed pretty good differences. This product hasn’t done anything. I was very doubtful when ordering an at home laser hair remover. But I am surprisingly very happy! It totally works! If you are using on sensitive areas I recommend getting the numbing lotion. I use on my legs, arms, bikini area and arm pits.

I did exactly what the instructions said. I have been using it for about 8 months now and my legs, armpits, and bikini (where I use it) have minor to no changes. Not worthy for the price.

It was beautifully packed. It comes with a power brick, shaver, glasses It's really nicelooks just like the expensive models. Very comfortable - doesn't hurt I’m only on my second treatment but everything is working well. It’s very easy to use. Great quality and best price .
