I've been a long-time user of Luseta Keratin Shampoo, and I absolutely love the product itself. It leaves my hair smooth and nourished. However, sometimes, I encounter an issue as it arrives with a broken pump because of not packing properly may be, which is quite disappointing.

I needed a quick shampoo and after having keratin treatments, I thought I’d try it. It smell fabulous and lathers up heavily…not that that means anything. I bought the conditioner as well. Unless I see a negative in my hair or a reaction, I’ll continue to use it

This product came broken and half the product leaked out. Not sure how to ship it back to get a refund in a broken bottle. Its a mess

I actually bought this at Ross on Kauai. I opened the bottle to smell it and I was sold. The smell is what got me and my hair after it dries is soft and fluffy. The only problem was, at Ross it was $9.99 on Amazon it’s $30
