Disappointing Quality for the price

Initially happy with it but build quality was poor as one of the supports fell off. There appeared to be only 3 small spot welds holding in in place. Considering it’s only purpose is to take the weight of tamping and it was quite expensive, this seemed insufficient. No resolution from seller. You would expect a product like this to last a lifetime.
