Percol Organic Fairtrade Smooth Colombian Ground Coffee 200g (Pack of 6)

I used to drink Percol regularly before it was repackaged a couple or so years ago. I was annoyed that the pack size was considerably reduced by over 19% from 227g to 200g and the price increased. I also found that it was slightly more coarsely ground.With recent shortages, I’ve found it difficult to obtain my usual day to day coffee, so I bought a couple of boxes of Percol and overall, it’s ok. I use it in a filter, with paper. Also in cafetière and it works well in both. I usually pour a little water over the coffee to release the flavour, then pour the rest of the boiled water over it and leave it for around 5 minutes. The flavours well rounded, without bitterness. Great for drinking every day.

Love the flavour of this coffee. Even the decaff flavour is good. Not bitter but a rich flavour.
