The card that came in the box was a nice touch, explaining the science behind the blanket and its use/care instructions. The cover on this blanket is pretty amazing. It has a soft quilted furry side for cold weather, and flip it over, a cool smooth side for warmer weather. It's like having the ability to switch between warm and cool blanket instantly, genius! I was really tired of changing blankets every season... Definitely, a plus since a lot of cheaper ones don't even have a duvet cover.After sleeping with this for three days, I decided that I will definitely keep this blanket. It feels so comfy & relaxed and I easily enjoy the pressure of the weight. It already has made a difference in my life. I have problems with restlessness, anxiety, and waking up very often during the sleep. Even my Fitbit was telling me that my sleeping pattern wasn't too great as I wake up way too many times during the night. I used to have to take melatonin to sleep. After this blanket, I sleep better than ever and continue feeling positive during the day. I didn't know what to expect, but this blanket has definitely help me in every one of these areas. If you have sleeping problems, get this. You won't regret.

Weighted blankets are really in right now. This is the fourth weighted blanket I've bought and it's easily my favorite. Once you go weighted blankets, it's hard to go back. They're just too effective in helping you relax, destress, and focus on a good night's sleep.1) I really like that this blanket is actually queen sized! It fits my queen sized bed perfectly. A lot of weighted blankets are smaller and "made only for one user". That's an issue, because smaller blankets tend to get lost in larger blankets. I like that this blanket actually matches the size of my bed mattress. It's perfect for either 1 or 2 people!2) I honestly didn't expect the quality to be so good for this price and I am pleasantly surprised! I've definitely paid more for lower quality weighted blankets. This feels like a $200+ blanket.3) This blanket is super soft and the weight is very evenly distributed. I'm not sure how they control the weight, but it doesn't shift all to one side or get too hot, like my other weighted blankets.Highly recommend to everyone looking to improve their sleep! After just one night, I woke up fresh and recharged! Most comfortable blanket ever!

I really love this blanket! It helps decrease my anxiety especially at night when I need to process the day before drifting off to sleep. I love the double sided feature as well! My dog even likes it! She sleeps on top of it and under it and it's not too heavy for her (she is a 12 lb Chiweenie and has pretty intense anxiety not only due to her breeds, but also because she was a rescue). I am 160 lbs and it took a few days to get used to the weight, but now I feel like I need a heavier blanket. But this one is still doing the job! The only complaint I have is the zipper is not compatible with this blanket. I have only washed the blanket twice and learned #1: don't unzip it all the way. The zipper has a really hard time making it around the inital curve even when I ensure the weight of blanket is not pulling on the zipper fabric. The foot of the zipper started ripping through the fabric next to the teeth of the zipper (I should have taken a picture, but now am afraid to do so, because this zipper doesn't have much life left in it). The second time I unzipped it was to remove the blanket to wash it. I only unzipped it far enough to pull out the blanket without even touching the zipper (maybe only 1/4 way down the zipper). After I tried to put it back inside and went to zip it back up the zipper fabric was already torn and the foot of the zipper was ripping through the fabric next to the teeth, again, but now in a different section making it extremely difficult to zip. I am so afraid of when it needs to be washed again because that zipper is clearly not going to survive. 😭 If the company could use a heavier duty zipper the blanket would be 5 stars!!! And I would give 10 stars if I could get the newer version of this duvet with the heavy duty zipper. I would like to buy a second blanket, so I can sew them together and my fiance and I have a wide enough blanket that we're not fighting over it in our sleep!🤣

After completing 25 sessions of High Performance Neurofeedback to retrain my brain and calm down my central nervous system, I have been sleeping really well--waking once in the night instead of 3 to 5 times during the night. However, both of my daughters use weighed blankets and encouraged me to get one, so I landed on this particular blanket because of its balanced construction. I've had the blanket for a week now, it took a couple nights to get used to it; however, I have slept through the night without waking twice now--I don't think I've ever accomplished that in my life. I love it! I also love the fact that there is a warm side and a cool side; hopefully, that will work well for me during the summer months.
