I first heard of using magnesium oil after reading a fertility acupuncturist’s (Aimee Raul) book, https://www.amazon.com/Egg-Quality-Diet-clinically-inflammation/dp/0578920301/ref=nodl_and blog as part of my TTC journey. Magnesium is essential for everyday bodily function, including regular cellular and organ function, and is involved in over 300 enzyme systems in the body yet most of us are deficient due to factors like soil depletion. Magnesium supplementation has been shown to increase pregnancy outcomes, including a reduced risk of preeclampsia, preterm birth, and low birth weight, as well as decreased mean arterial pressure. It also has a host of other health benefits and is generally recommended for overall optimal health.Magnesium is easily and best absorbed as a spray. It can “tingle” but I’ve found it only tingles when I’m low on magnesium. For me, the tingling lasts just a few seconds. Otherwise, the spray is easily absorbed. It also has no smell.

I have Lupus and I'm super sensitive to chemicals so I spend a lot of time researching products that won't trigger a flare up. I was really happy to discover Ancient Minerals Bath Salts that I use often and decided to check out their other products. I've tried several brands of natural deodorants that left my pits irritated and weren't great at preventing odor on long, hot, humid days. I use a magnesium supplement to help me sleep as well so I decided to try the Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil Spray for Sensitive Skin. I apply it to my stomach as directed but I also decided to try it as a deodorant since it's natural and some brands of deodorant use magnesium in their ingredients. I am so happy with this oil as a deodorant! It doesn't leave my pits irritated AND no stinky pits and I've tested it! Haha!

Not sure what it is! No smell, no oil seems to be just water but I believe it gave me headache. I certainly would return if I could. It states 250 million years in the making, deeeep in the interior of the earth 🤔😳

I am so pleased with the effectiveness and rapid work it does on getting to the offending muscles, tendons, or whatever is trying to cripple me at night. I have tried another brand which I did like, but "Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil Spray Sensitive Plus Gentle" does not leave a heavy mask on the skin, after a few hours it is completely absorbed. Stings badly, broke out in rash, similar to what some other reviews said. Did one spray on hand and put on neck, no sting, however one spray wasn't enought to cover back of neck, put one more spray on hand and rubbed into neck , and within seconds stung badly, had to rub some oil on neck it to dilute it .Then I felt the front of my hand burning and looked like a burn. Will take back. It may have helped my neck pain, but couldn't tell with the stinging feeling. Was disappointed...however...I maybe more sensitive then some people, since others did not experience. this.

I like the spray feature but after spraying needs to be massaged in & hands washed. Worth the effort- product

I like this product. I use it to texturize my hair as well as spray it on my body.
