Well I finally just took my first pill yesterday morning and it worked very well indeed. I was more awake, alert and energetic all day long! Then as bedtime approached I was beginning to worry if I was going to be able to sleep as this pill was still going strong. But, no worries, once I laid down I started to feel tired like I usually did when I went to bed and off to sleep I went without any problem. This is my third or fourth purchase. What I like about this product is it gives me energy and helps me focus to complete errands and tasks. I love that the bottled supplements are safely and securely sealed and that it is third party tested.

To be honest, I just received the product yesterday. I have only taken one pill. Holistic supplements typically take a couple of weeks to manifest its benefits. I really like this product, especially on days I am super tired to keep me going. I am not a big coffee drinker, so this helps. I only take one easy to swallow gel capsule once in awhile.
